how to fix a shoe zipper

 

Every time I'm wearing a nice pair of shoes, the zipper gets stuck. The last time it happened, the zipper couldn't be unzipped from the bottom and I had to de-zip it up. Sometimes it also gets stuck when I'm trying to zip it up. What am I doing wrong?

It might be that you are pulling on the zipper incorrectly or that your foot is too big for your shoe and has gotten caught in between.

 When you open your shoe, make sure you don't pull on just one side of the zipper but rather both sides while simultaneously pulling up on them so they are not twisted around each other.

Also make sure you don't have your foot in the way so you don't accidentally zip up your toes.

When you close your shoes, pull on the zipper end first, then pull on the rest of it and finish by pushing your foot through. Make sure there isn't anything in between the top and bottom of the shoe when you're closing it.
